VP2200-100 (vacuum) inline vapor phase soldering for high-volume production
Our new VP2200-100 (vacuum) vapor phase inline system combines maximum throughput, maximum flexibility, and minimum maintenance with proven vapor phase soldering technology.
Features of the new VP 2200-100:
• Modular design – whether non-vacuum, vacuum, single-lane, or dual-lane. All variants are based on the same modular platform.
• Minimal footprint with maximum output. The VP2200-100 is over 600 mm shorter than its predecessors, despite having a larger soldering chamber.
• Dual-lane transport – doubling productivity and output.
New: Dual-lane transport in combination with vacuum – ideal for complex, high-tech PCBAs. Achievable cycle times of less than 25 seconds per PCBA.
• Improved flux management to further reduce maintenance requirements.
• All options are fully retrofittable. This ensures complete flexibility for the future.
