At AED Engineering, we rely on ASSCON vapor phase technology for our high quality samples and small production runs as it forms an optimum for our high-mixed/low-volume applications.

Auvidea uses the physically intrinsically safe principle of condensation in PCB manufacturing and relies on ASSCON's vapor phase to achieve high high quality results in the shortest possible time.

As we typically process boards with high value inventory obtaining conformance across a full batch is highly important to both us and our customers. Asscon were able to support a standalone VP oven, which supported our initial need for complex small batch orders. However, the overriding interest was being able to replicate the process for higher volume production and the Asscon system proved itself to be the best choice.

We use the ASSCON vapor phase system for "challenging" products since 2008 as one of the first companies in Poland. The furnace is irreplaceable for wafers on aluminum substrate and containing components which are sensitive to overheating, such as LEDs, or multilayer wafers with large components that hinder a uniform flow of heat.
